Hi, I’m Kathrin Dellago, and I come from a charming mountain village in the Dolomites, the German-speaking part of Italy. My journey started in finance, taking me to London, Sydney, and New York. Eventually, I retired to focus on my family and my true passion: cooking and helping people live healthier lives.
For years, my food blog was my platform to inspire others, but I wanted to do more. So, I retrained as a nutritionist, earning a qualification from the Nutritional Therapy Association, an MS in human nutrition and functional medicine, and the national CNS certification (full licensure in progress). Now, I'm ready to help clients achieve optimal health through better nutrition.
My philosophy? I cannot wait to share it with you. I believe in following a diverse whole foods diet, respecting your circadian rhythm to get plenty of good quality sleep, finding different ways to exercise and build muscles to feel stronger, trying to mitigate stress wherever it finds you, and finding ways to live your life with joy. As you will learn over the next few weeks and months, these FIVE FOR LIFE principles will feature heavily in my approach, and I hope that you will stick around to learn more about how you, too, can use simple tools to feel better.
